Personalized Workout and Diet Notebooks

I love stationary and pens. I love working out and eating healthy not so much, but ya know, it's important. I always hear that keeping a workout and diet notebook can be beneficial. Plus it always feels good to see progress. The least expensive approach to keeping a health journal would be to just grab a $1 note book from the store, but I wanted something more...

I ordered myself a 5x8 notebook when Shutterfly was doing one of their free gifts. After that I decided to make Ryan one. (I covered his last name up on his and his is still wrapped.)  The notebooks came to almost $8.00 shipping/handling using the freebie code.  If you are ordering other stuff and can get free shipping that would be even better.

The best part, besides the free gift code, is that it's so easy. All of the images on my notebook are in the Shutterfly art gallery. I made Ryan's top image on PicMonkey and just added text in Shutterfly on the bottom.  To get one free you can make one, save the project and wait for them to have the notebooks as a free gift. Then you just need to order and won't feel rushed since the codes often expire quick.

I also know Erin Condren and Happy Planner have some health notebooks/inserts. I like this route because it was personal, inexpensive and smaller, but they look nice too.

I would love to see other ways people document their health related stuff.
