Lunch with Sophia and Georgie The Gingerbread Fairy

Yesterday I spent most of the day @ Sophia's school. I joined the PTO earlier this year and we took food in for a holiday luncheon for the staff. While I was there I decided to eat lunch with Sophia. She was so excited! You should definitely take the time to go visit your little one at lunch if you school allows it.
Remember eating lunches like this?
I also stayed around to help at the book fair when her class had their shopping time. I wanted to let her do the shopping independently, but I am glad I was there. I don't think she would have picked anything if I wasn't there. She was taking so long doing her shopping!  She got a Barbie book (with stickers, of course!)  and this one:

It is such a cute story! I have the image linked to Amazon if you are interested. It's just one of the cute stories I think most little girls would love.

Weekend Recap: Dec 7-9

I wish I could say that I don't remember Friday night because of some crazy drunkenness, but I think it was just the fact that I have pregnancy brain.  No alcohol allowed here.
Saturday: I forgot to sign Sophia up for the sibling class Saturday morning. I literally signed her up at 7:30 AM and the class started at 9AM, but we got there. She was so excited to take her new baby doll we bought just for the class.

She learned to swaddle a baby and change a diaper on her baby doll.  Afterwards we made a stop at Taco Bell and then back home.  We loaded up our stuff and went to the Y to go swimming. Afterwards a trip to the grocery.

Sunday: We stayed home all day Sunday. We got a bit of a late start to the day. I didn't cook breakfast until almost 11. Sophia and Ry complained the rest of the day about how it messed them all up.
